At The Starter Set, we occasionally run contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways to thank our community and gather valuable feedback as we build better tools for parents. This page contains the official rules and terms for any active promotions. Please read the terms carefully before participating. By entering any contest or giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official rules and our Terms of Service.

Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Share The Starter Set with friends who are drowning in baby product research. When 10 friends use your personal referral code to purchase, they'll save 25%, and you'll earn a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

1. Eligibility:

Open to anyone who has used The Starter Set to generate personalized registry recommendations. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. This program is for individual customers only and does not apply to business or partner referrals. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Qualifying Purchases:

You'll receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card when 10 friends use your referral code to purchase The Starter Set.

Requirements:

• Each referred friend must be a new customer
• Each referred friend must complete payment and maintain an active purchase (non-refunded)
• Referral code must be applied at checkout
• Gift card awarded after 30 business days of the 10th qualifying purchase

You may earn multiple gift cards. For every additional 10 qualifying purchases, you'll receive another $50 Amazon Gift Card (e.g., 20 referrals = $100, 30 referrals = $150, etc.).

3. Referral Code Terms:

• Referral codes provide 25% off for new customers
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Codes are valid for one use per customer
• The Starter Set reserves the right to deactivate codes suspected of fraudulent use

4. Reward Distribution:

Amazon Gift Cards will be sent via email after 30 business days of each milestone (10th, 20th, 30th qualifying purchase, etc.).

5. Disqualifications:

The Starter Set reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program
• Use fake accounts or misleading marketing tactics
• Violate these terms in any way

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Starter Set is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected emails. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Gift card value is non-transferable and has no cash value.

7. Program Changes:

The Starter Set reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without notice.

8. Privacy:

The first 10 respondents who complete their review will receive the gift card. No purchase necessary.

1. Eligibility:

‍Open to first-time expecting parents who are looking to build a baby registry. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Participants must not have previously received compensation from The Starter Set for feedback or beta testing. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period:

‍Offer valid while supplies last. Gift cards will be distributed to the first 10 qualifying respondents who complete their review within 5 calendar days of receiving their recommendations.

3. How to Receive Gift Card:

‍To receive a $10 Starbucks Gift Card, participants must:

• Be a first-time expecting parent
• Complete review of custom baby registry picks and submit feedback through our recommendations tool
• Complete their review within 5 calendar days of receiving their recommendations
• Be among the first 10 participants to complete their review
• Provide a valid email address
• Submit a valid, complete entry (incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified)

4. Prize:

‍The first 10 qualifying participants will each receive a $10 Starbucks Gift Card. No cash alternative or prize substitution allowed. Prize is non-transferable. Limited to one gift card per person

5. Prize Distribution:

‍Gift cards will be distributed via email within 14 business days of completing the review.

6. Limitation of Liability:

5. Winner Selection and Prize Distribution:

Winner will be selected by random drawing on or before November 14, 2025. Gift card will be distributed by November 30, 2025 via email.
